Change your life with Dental Implants :

Dental Implants are remarkable advancement in dental science. Implants are permanent restorations used to replace missing teeth. They can replace a single missing tooth, multiple teeth, or even used to stabilize a full denture. They are an attractive alternative to more traditional treatments providing greater stability and security; giving you the natural feeling of having your own teeth.

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root made of titanium that a dentist gently places into your jaw. Dental implants are ideal for people in good oral health who have lost one or more teeth.
Dental Implants have proven to be the answer to many patients dental problems. By replacing just one tooth in your mouth, they enable the restoration of a natural smile, improving patient comfort and confidence.
Dental implants are so natural in looks and feel, you may forget you ever lost a tooth.
Placing of the implants is a minor surgery done under local anesthesia.
Under proper conditions placement by a dentist and diligent patient maintenance, implants can last a lifetime. Long-term studies continue to show improving success rates for implants.
Traditional dentures can’t offer the same stability or function.
Having dental implants replacing your lost teeth will give you new, unparalleled strength and stability that allows you to eat what you want. It will also preserve your jawbone and facial appearance.
A dental implant preserves your facial appearance and prevents bone loss.
Patient should be able to work the very next day of the surgery.

Root Canal Treatment :

Due to tooth decay or fracture, the nerve tissue inside the tooth (pulp) gets irritated or infected leading to severe pain. A local anesthesia is administered and the infected or irritated nerve tissue is removed. The root canal is shaped and enlarged, and finally the root canal is filled with a thermoplastic material. If treated early, root canal therapy need not be uncomfortable. With the use of local anesthetics, the entire procedure can be totally painless.

Crown & Bridges :

Normally a root canal treated tooth is indicated for a crown. The root canal treated tooth should be reinforced by a crown since it will be brittle in nature. Crowns are also indicated for cracked teeth and teeth with deep cavities and to cover poorly shaped or discolored teeth.
Crowns may be made of metal, porcelain or newer restorative materials like metal free ceramics.
They are custom-made and fitted for each patient in conformation with the size and length of the natural teeth.

Metal free crowns:

Dental crowns nearly always needed to be made with a metal foundation, today we can make them out of pure porcelain or other ceramics. There are still occasions on the back teeth when the durability of a metal foundation in the crown makes it the restoration of choice. But when it shows prominently in your smile, wouldn’t you rather have one that looks as natural as possible!.

Multiple Tooth Replacement:

Crown and Bridge is a long term method of replacing missing teeth. A Crown is placed over an individual tooth where there is no longer sufficient tooth structure left to place a filling. A bridge spans space where one or more teeth have been lost in the dental arch. The teeth on either end of the span are crowned and false teeth are attached to these crowns.
Crown and Bridges are most often made from superior materials such as precious metals (gold), semi-precious metals, porcelain, or a combination of metal fused to porcelain. Both esthetics and function are considered when selecting the material most suitable for your case.

A bridge stabilizes the bite of a patient who has missing one or more teeth. Bridges prevent the surrounding teeth from moving or shifting in the mouth. The missing tooth is replaced with an artificial tooth connected between two crowns (caps), which are permanently cemented or bonded on the adjacent teeth.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation :

Full mouth rehabilitation is carried out when the patient has multiple problems like over all reduced bite due to grinding in the night, malformation of teeth or after surgeries/trauma

Alternatives to a fixed bridge

Removable partial dentures

This alternative is often perceived as uncomfortable and a bit complicated to use. Function can’t be compared to that of a fixed bridge. Removable partial denture is made of plastic and metal, which affects its look. It is quite expensive to fabricate due to its complex design. However, the installation process is simple and natural teeth are spared.
There are various types of Removable partial dentures which include Cast partial denture which is made of metals like chromium-cobalt, titanium which can be expensive and long lasting.
Acrylic removable partial dentures are usually advised for a limited period of time as they are brittle and tend to break with forces from natural teeth. They come with metal clips to hold the adjacent teeth which can look ugly.
Materials like flexible partial dentures are a new norm as they are unbreakable due to its flexible nature. They are also light weight compared to cast partial denture and like ordinary acrylic dentures they wont be having any metal parts to hold the adjacent teeth that can be unesthetic.

Porcelain veneers, often referred to as veneers, are very thin pieces of durable, tooth shaped porcelain that are custom made (for shape and colour) through your dentist. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to create a beautiful and attractive smile. They function and look just like your normal tooth enamel.
Like tooth whitening, porcelain veneers provide an immediate improvement in the aesthetics of theteeth. The veneers can be as thin a a contact lens which are fixed onto the surface which is most visible. The tooth reduction is very minimal compared to tooth reduction with crowns. Dental veneers are custom fabricated slices of porcelain that are placed over your natural teeth to mask imperfections. Used to treat crooked, chipped, and discolored teeth, unwanted or uneven spaces, crowding of teeth. The entire porcelain veneers treatment process can be completed in as little as two appointments.

Tooth Colored Restorations :

Gone are the days of unsightly silver fillings. Restore your dental cavities with tooth colored composite materials. It lets the tooth fillings go unnoticed.
Tooth colored ceramic restorations have revolutionized the dental profession. Teeth with large cavities and unsightly silver fillings can be restored with tooth colored composite fillings, porcelain inlays, on lays, or partial ceramic crowns.

We create artistic tooth-colored restorations that are beautiful, strong and conservative. Highly polished and smooth, these restorations reinforce the tooth structure, and can help reduce plaque build up that causes gingivitis and cavities.
Now, using advanced bonding techniques, those teeth can be restored with lab-made all-porcelain or resin inlays, on lays, or partial crowns.
